The website launched, and we reached out to community members across Nashville. This was a singular sanctuary in the heart of a bustling American city — and we needed to make clear that it wasn’t just a cause for frequent visitors, but for future ones, too. Everything was laid out simply and sincerely, so that people knew exactly how their donations would be used. And before too long, we met our fundraising efforts ahead of schedule.
